What Knot Crafts - knotting and rope craft
PLEASE NOTE THAT IT HAS BECOME NECESSARY, DUE TO ILL HEALTH, THAT I WILL ONLY BE SELLING ITEMS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN MADE.
Welcome to my website, where I will show you what I make from my knotting and rope craft hobby. I now seem to be getting well-known and often called "The Knot Man".
I enjoy making items using fancy rope and knot craft techniques, which I then sell from my craft stall. Some times I encorporate driftwood and rope found on our local beach which give a wonderful maritine flavour of the coast.
My wife Margaret and I can be found at various events mainly in the west of the Isle of Wight. We collect donations for the Freshwater Independent Lifeboat who launch from Freshwater Bay. We also collect donations for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust who are a group with a local connection, looking after our animal, flower and marine life. Please look at their websites for further information.
By viewing the portfolio pages, you can see a selection of the various items I make here on the island, or why not come along to see the stall at different events during the year.
If you can't manage to see us at any of the events then perhaps you would like to visit my studio at home. Please contact me prior to your visit to make sure we are there.
